Shipping and arrival of product typically takes 7-10 days. Please note that this is an estimate. Manufacturing times can and do change as raw materials and labor can effect these dates. We strive to get each door out in a timely manner.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories may take longer. Â
Cost
Most of the products have shipping costs added into the final cost. For custom products and in-the-glass pet doors we will add shipping costs to the cost. Please contact us for more information.
Sales Tax
Idaho State residents will be charged all applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are not taxable.
International Orders

Please note that we are sorry that we can not be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges.
