Pet Door USA was fantastic! They had just what we needed! We have 4 dogs - 1 large, 2 medium, and 1 small - and needed a doggie door that would work for all of them. In addition, we needed a doggie door installed in the glass window of our existing door. Pet Door USA had just that - a doggie door that fit all of our dogs, was custom-designed for our back door, and protects from the varying weather conditions. They worked with us to get the appropriate measurements, custom-ordered our door, and provided a trained contractor to install the new window. The results have been exactly what we wanted. From start to finish this has been the easiest addition to our home!  From getting it ordered, them showing me sizes through texts,(I am a visual kinda girl) to Karl showing up AS FRIENDLY as ever and putting in the doggie door!  And there was no mess.  He took the door outside.  He was very knowledgeable about our door and where the frame inside was.  My dogs who bark at everyone, actually wanted to watch him! Super friendly From ordering to Karl coming to do the job!  Hands down I will use them again when we get the porch on the back of the house done and need a back doggie door.  YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED... Our dogs love it and keep going in and out just because they can I'm guessing! Mine was a large and was reasonably priced.  The quality of the door is exceptional! This is a great company. Their customer service is amazing. Anna and Dan always answer the phone and answer any questions right away. My experience with Pet Door USA has been excellent. This company has great customer service. All options were explained in detail and in writing, and they guide you through determining the appropriate door size for your dog. They even sent instructions on how to train the dogs on using the door. Special thanks to Anna who was the person who assisted me at all times.
