Initially, it is advised not to eliminate the door in question. It is noteworthy that around 70% of households in the United States possess pets. Consequently, if one intends to sell their property, it is highly probable that the new property owner  would consider it an enhancement. In the event that the door in question is in-wall or in-door, the procedure can be reversed by installing new siding or a new door. In the case of a sliding in-glass door, the previous glass will be left intact with you, and the glass (without the pet door) will be replaced in the door. The utilization of robust magnets, thick nylon brushes, and new flaps designs create an exceptional seal, thereby serving as an adequate deterrent. Most small rodents will have a hard time getting through these doors.  For larger animals such as raccoons, their attraction to smells is innate as they forage for food. By keeping pet food, treats, and other attractants away from openings, porches, and pet doors, the incentive for these animals will likely diminish, and encounters will cease. Wild animals are disinclined to engage in altercations with domestic pets, and will only do so if a reward (food) is possible.

It is a widely held misconception that intruders frequently gain access through a pet door of sufficient size. While it is possible for an intruder to crawl through such an opening, it is a rare occurrence. Nevertheless, we advise utilizing the provided security cover when the pet door is not in use. In the event that the security cover is not utilized, it is possible that an intruder may be deterred by the presence of a large dog on the other side. Although this may not always be the case, a large pet door itself may convey the impression of a formidable and protective dog guarding its family. To further instill a sense of security, a sign reading “Guard Dog on Duty” may be placed near the pet door. If concerns persist, we recommend placing a planter or other obstruction in front of the door to obscure it from view.

The optimal solution is to engage in training and behavioral modification. In many cases cats learn to “tail” other pets as they move through the pet door opening, negating the use of electronic doors. Additionally, electronic doors exhibit a propensity for high failure rates and long-term durability issues. It is our recommendation that a training program be implemented for your feline or canine companion.

In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we can not guarantee that we can cancel your order.

It is not possible to add or remove items in an existing order. However, you can make another order and we will correct the shipping cost afterwards. Again, the quicker the better.

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order is processed as soon as it has entered our system. Once your order has been processed, it may not be possible. We can therefore not guarantee that we will be able to make the change for you.

We work with leading shipping suppliers to enable fast deliveries from our warehouse to your home. However, there are sometimes delays, if this happen you are more than welcome to contact our customer service for help. You can also click here to track your package.

We strive to ship all orders from our warehouse within one business day. Please see our checkout page for shipping options and delivery times to your country.

To track your order, please add your order number and the email address used when placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation by email with tracking number / package ID. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.

If you have not received your order within the promised time frame, please contact our customer service so we can resolve the issue for you. Please note that a missing parcel claim must be reported to us within 30 days from the day that you placed the order.

We accept visa, mastercard, amex, venmo and checks.  For checks and venmo, we may require a hold until payment clears.
